About Ross
For the first 58 years of his life, Ross was labeled "lazy" and "weird"; Report cards said "Does Not work up to expectations", and similar. Only after much prodding by social media, where too many relatable memes moved him past the stigma, with a perfect storm of timing where privilege met opportunity did he receive formal testing and professional diagnoses. The filters didn't change the facts of his history, but DID change his perspectives around them.
Having practiced to a high level of mastery with symbols, words, and structures, Ross has earned the Distinguished Toastmaster award from Toastmasters International, is an author, professional speaker, and peer educator-style life coach, emphasizing mechanistic, scientifically-developed & easily replicatable self-proving processes to rediscover, reclaim, and realign with personal power.
Intentionally addressing potential issues around interpersonal connection with full respect and care for neurodivergent folks as an under-served community is his mission here with the Salon.
